I. Basic information
I.1. The website www.domartstyl.com is run by:

I.2 The terms used in these Regulations have the following meanings:
– Consumer – a person who purchases HomeArtStyle products presented on the Website for purposes unrelated to theirs
business or professional activity
– Buyer – any person who purchases HomeArtStyle products presented on the website.
I.3 The trader informs about the prices of the products.
More expensive fabrics for an additional fee agreed with the merchant.

II. Ways of placing orders
II.1. The Buyer may place orders for products presented on the Website by e-mail – contact tab.
WARNING! Changes to the placed orders can be submitted up to 24 hours from placing the order!
II.2 The Buyers’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of execution
concluded contract, unless the Buyer agrees to use his
personal data also for other purposes.

III. Payment

III.1 The buyer has the option to make payments for the purchased products in
following way:
– in cash during personal collection
– by bank transfer or by credit card when shipping by courier
– when collecting products when shipped by courier

III.2. Payments should be made to the following account:

IV. Goods returns
IV.1 The consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from
its receipt. For this purpose, the consumer should submit within this period
declaration of withdrawal from the contract and return the purchased product.
The product price paid will be refunded.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties testified,
is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits
ordinary management.
The fourteen-day period during which the consumer may withdraw from the contract is counted from the day
handing over the item, and when the contract concerns the provision of the service – from the date of its conclusion.
IV.2 However, there is no possibility of a refund, inter alia, in the case of
purchase of products with the properties specified by the Consumer in the complex
by him statement. In particular, products manufactured for a specific customer order (furniture o
the model, type of wood, wood color, color specified by the Consumer
upholstery). Information that the product will be manufactured in accordance with
properties specified by the Buyer, and is therefore excluded
the possibility of returning the purchased product within 14 days is provided in
transaction system before placing an order.
In addition, the option to return the product within 14 days does not apply in the case described in
art. 10 sec. 3 of the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for
damage caused by a dangerous product, that is:
– the provision of services commenced, with the consent of the Consumer, before the deadline for which
referred to in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on
liability for damage caused by a dangerous product
– regarding audio and visual recordings as well as recorded on IT media
data after the consumer removes their original packaging,
– benefit contracts for which the price or consideration depends solely on traffic
prices on the financial market,
– services with the properties specified by the Consumer in the submitted by him
an order or closely related to his person,
– services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose subject matter
it breaks down quickly,
– delivering the press,
– gambling services.
IV.3 Detailed rights and obligations related to the return of goods are specified
Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for
damage caused by a dangerous product on March 2, 2000. along with her
later changes.
IV.4 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the direct shipping costs to the seller.

V. Complaints
V.1 HomeArtStyle is liable to the Consumer for disclosure within 2 years from the date
purchase of product defects (non-compliance with the contract).

V.2. If defects are found in the purchased products, the Consumer has the right to
submitting a complaint, for this purpose, it should inform HomeArtStyle about the defects at the latest
within 2 months of their detection and return the defective products to the Store. The consumer may
demand that it be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair, or
replacement with a new one, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive
costs. When assessing the excess of costs, the value of the goods in accordance with the contract is taken into account
and the type and degree of non-compliance found, and the inconvenience is taken into account,
to which he would expose the buyer to other satisfaction.
V.3 HomeArtStyle responds to the complaint within 2 weeks of its receipt via
sending the reply by registered mail or as otherwise specified by the parties.
V. 4 Detailed rights and obligations of the parties resulting from the complaint under
non-compliance with the contract is specified in the Act on specific terms of sale
consumer and on the amendment to the Civil Code of July 27, 2002. along with her
later changes.
V.5. Any complaints may be sent in writing to the address of the Website

VI. Warranty
VI.1 The parties exclude the possibility of applying the warranty, unless the regulations
specific state otherwise.

VII. Final Provisions
VII.1 In matters not covered by these Regulations, they apply
provisions of the common law, in the event of a conflict of laws, take precedence
provisions more favorable to the Buyer

VIII. Use of photos by HomeArtStyle.
The buyer who is an entrepreneur who purchases the goods offered by the Seller as part of his business activity, allows the Seller to use, free of charge, photos of the purchased goods for promotional purposes. This consent applies to photographs to which the Buyer is entitled to moral and property copyrights, or the right to disseminate them results from the license obtained.
IX. By using the website, you accept the rules and cookies policy
The seller automatically collects the data contained in cookies when using the website of the online store. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored in users’ end devices intended for the use of websites. These files allow to recognize the user’s device and properly display the website tailored to his individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number. Enabling the Cookies mechanism is necessary to use the store, the shopping cart and the customer panel, because the session mechanism works on its basis. The store saves information in cookie files regarding the following areas: session id, information about visiting the store. Data collected using cookies may be collected only for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user. By default, the software used for browsing websites allows cookies to be placed on the end device. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the use of cookies in the web browser settings. Furniture with non-standard dimensions is subject to individual pricing – please contact us by e-mail or telephone. The deadline for making custom-made furniture is about 26 business days. A minimum advance payment of 30% of the order value is required.
The deadline for completing orders for other furniture is about 24 business days.

Attention!!!
If the buyer / ordering party changes the delivery date, HomeArtStyle charges a fee for warehousing and storing furniture in the amount of PLN 1 net per furniture per day. These costs are non-refundable and are collected only if the date of delivery / collection is changed by the buyer / ordering party.
Wood colors and fabric colors:

The colors shown in the photos and in the samplers are illustrative colors and may differ from the actual ones depending on the monitor settings. Shade differences between particular production batches are allowed.

The furniture is made of natural wood with a unique structure. The legs and armrests in the same piece of furniture may have different grain arrangements and colors, which may affect the saturation of the stain colors. These differences are a natural feature of the wood related to the diversity of the structure, grain and color of the wood and are not a disadvantage. Color repeatability and graining allow only PVC veneers and veneers to be obtained. Therefore, we pay attention to the possibility of differences in the shades of the stain, especially when ordering another piece of furniture for the set. Additionally, the shade of the stain visible on the screen depends on the class and quality of the monitor.

In the case of ordering further products, we reserve the possibility of differences in the colors of the metal bases, the colors of the wood and upholstery materials, due to their different batches. It is also possible that changes in the dimensions of the product, materials used for production, decorative and movable elements and others, resulting from the need to eliminate the defects of the furniture, may occur.

Metal frames are not completely smooth, uniform. Joints of welds may be visible and there may be irregularities or minor defects in the structure on the surface.

IX. Entrusted fabrics

HomeArtStyle moulds furniture in entrusted fabrics. The amount of entrusted fabric is each time agreed with the Customer Service Office and sent to the warehouse address: Szklarka Mielęcka 7, 63-600 Kępno with the name of the ordering party and the order number, together with: – the name of the entrusted fabric, – indicating the right side of the fabric if this is a questionable issue.

The number of running metres specified by BOK concerns plain fabric of usable width of 140 cm (without edges which cannot be used).

Fabrics must be sent in one piece. Fabric remnants are not returned. In the case of striped fabric, please specify whether you want it to be arranged vertically or horizontally on the furniture. Patterned fabrics are not arranged on the furniture, there is no pattern to pattern match.

HomeArtStyle is not responsible for the quality of the fabric sent, on which the final appearance of the made furniture depends.

In the case of a large number of pieces of furniture ordered in the entrusted fabric or in the case of doubts as to the possibility of making a given model in the sent fabric, we reserve the right to make one piece for a test in order to assess the possibility of making the furniture, the quality and behaviour of the fabric on a given piece of furniture.

We will inform you of any defects in the fabric sent by e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry out an order in the entrusted fabric at any stage of production if for technical reasons it cannot be used.
