You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically saves only the so-called server logs, such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the internet service provider submitting the inquiry (access data) and documents the page call.
These data are analyzed solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the website and improving our offer. The above serves – as part of the assessment of interests – to secure our legitimate interest, consisting in the correct presentation of our offer.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us by placing your order, by contacting us by e-mail or via the contact form on the website www.domartstyl.com or by phone or by completing the order form. Mandatory fields of the order form or the contact form are marked as such for the consideration of the case in which you contacted us. What data is collected results from the forms into which the data is entered. We use the data provided by you to perform the contract and answer your inquiries.
The order along with the data used to complete the order are entered into an internal dedicated program secured with a password by an employee of the Customer Relationship Manager. They are saved on the server belonging to DomArtStyl at the company’s headquarters.
Access to the data is granted to the Personal Data Administrator and the employee delegated by him – Customer Relationship Manager.
The server on which the data is stored is located at the headquarters of DomArtStyl and is secured in a room with a lock to which an IT department employee designated by the Data Administrator has access
After saving the order in the system, an order confirmation is generated and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. After completing the order, the system will inform you by e-mail about this fact by attaching an invoice document.
After the performance of the contract or removal of your customer account from the system, the processing of your data will be limited, and after the retention periods specified in the tax regulations and the Accounting Act, the data will be transferred to the Archive on the server. Your customer data can be deleted at any time. For this purpose, please send a message to our contact address firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you give us your express consent to this during or after placing your order, we will pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected courier company on this basis so that it can contact you prior to delivery to advise or agree on delivery.
The above consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending us an appropriate message to our contact address indicated at email@example.com. After you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data from the system.
