We work from Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:00 and also on Saturdays 8:00 – 11:00.

How can I order the furniture?

You can put an order send an e-mail or use form which is on our website or at on – line shop: www.homeartstyle.pl which is for retail customers. If you order sending an e-mail you have to write colour and kind of upholstery, in which you want furniture and coloration of wood and accessories.

It is possible to make furniture from confidely fabric?

Yes, it is. Please contact with us to get more information how much fabric is need for each furniture.

Do the colours on the website reflect the actual colours?

The colours shown in the pictures and in the samplers are illustrative colors and can be differ from the actual ones, depending on the monitor settings..

What are the dimensions of the furniture?

The dimensions of the furniture are given on the main page for each product and at the link:the dimensions of the furniture

What is the term of order realization?

Standard furniture we are making in about 21 working days, but furniture on custom dimensions about 28 working days.

Do I have to pay an advance to the order?

An advance payment is required for large and non-standard orders. Advance payment is 30% of the order value.

Can I change something at my order?

It is possible to make changes within 24 hours of its adoption.

How can I pay for my order?

It is possible to pay by cash at personal collection, COD or transfer.

How to check the status of your order?

You can check your order status with the tab on the Order Tracking website. To do this you need to log in use your e-mail address which you gave at pleace order and generate password to your account.

It is also possible to contact the consultant with whom the order was placed.

What is the cost of delivery of furniture?

The cost of delivery depends on the type and quantity of furniture delivered and the form of payment chosen.

Yes, it is. Please contact with us to discuss the details.

It is possible to return bought furniture?

Due to the fact that all furniture we make on individual order, there is no possibility of their return. According to art. 38 pkt. 3 statue about consumer law from 30th May 2014 (Dz.U.2014r poz. 827 with changes) law to renouncement deal concluded on distance doesn`t enitled consumer in reference to deal in which subject of provision isn`t prefabricated products fabricated on specifaction consumer or servant his individual needs.
